Fees are based on actual hours spent in providing services, resulting in the most cost-effective and targeted recruitment and selection process.
Clients may select from a variety of services provided at any stage in the recruiting and hiring process, including:

Designing the advertising tool
Assisting with recruiting and marketing strategy
Accessing to a wide range of recruiting and placement resources, including print and web-based marketing for targeted applicant pools
Directing resumes to our mailing address to relieve burden from employer

Screening
Pre-screening applications and resumes
Telephone interviewing strongest candidates and targeted potentials
Drafting job-related behavior-based interview questions
Interviewing top candidates to recommend or select finalist(s)

Job Placement
Assisting employer in drafting letter of engagement/job offer
