Brenda G. Budke is a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) with over 20 years experience in the human resource field. Prior to joining FLG, Brenda served as Human Resources Manager for a communications company with 850 employees, overseeing employment, employee relations and training. She is founder and dean of a corporate university and has developed curriculum and presented performance based training at all levels. Ms. Budke holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Behavior with a concentration in Human Resource Management from the University of San Francisco. Her specialized training certifications include: Covey’s 7-Habits of Highly Successful People; Franklin Covey’s “What Matters Most” time management; all core communication and performance improvement modules of Zenger Miller/Achieve Global Frontline Leadership; and the Newspaper Association of America (NAA) Diversity Awareness program. Ms. Budke is a current board member and past president of the Central California Employment Round Table working in conjunction with DFEH to prevent discrimination in the workplace; former president of Valley Employer’s Association, Co-Chair of the Workplace 2003 Planning Board, and a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Human Resource Association of Central California (HRACC).
Victorine E. Goosev is a California State University, Fresno Alumnus with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management. In addition, she has extensive training in Occupational Safety and Health compliance. During her tenure at Fresno State, Ms. Goosev was highly active in the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Student and National chapters. She served on the student executive board as the secretary and helped the chapter receive the national honor of “Top 10 Student Chapter Merit Award” for two consecutive years. Ms. Goosev has passed the intensive exam for Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and is currently working toward the requirements for full certification.
Ms. Goosev’s Human Resources and compliance training includes: Behavioral Interviews, Career Development Series: Sexual Harassment Series - AB1825, HR Hero Line: Overtime Regulations, Achieving Higher Customer Service Standards, Legal Aspects of Human Resource Management, Administration of Personnel, Compensation Strategies, and Staffing an Organization.
Ms. Goosev’s experience and work includes preparation of Injury Illness and Prevention Programs (IIPP), Emergency Evacuation Programs and development of employee policies and practices such as Paid Family Leave. Prior to joining Sierra HR Partners, Ms. Goosev worked in the legal and training fields.
